Billing Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Commercial Fridge and Freezer. To ensure a secure and transparent shopping experience, all transactions are processed in accordance with the strict billing terms outlined below.

1. Payment Requirements

Full Pre-Payment: All goods purchased from Commercial Fridge and Freezer must be paid for in full prior to order processing, dispatch, or delivery.
Payment Clearance: Orders will enter our processing queue only once full payment has been successfully received and cleared in our bank account.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments through the following secure methods:

Bank Transfer / Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT): Direct deposit into our verified business bank account. Banking details will be securely provided at the checkout stage.

Note: All transactions are securely encrypted, and your financial data is fully protected.

3. Currency and Pricing

Currency: All prices on our website are listed and processed in South African Rand (ZAR).
Value Added Tax (VAT): All displayed product prices are inclusive of VAT. The total amount shown in your cart is the final price you will pay.
Price Stability: While we reserve the right to adjust our catalog prices to reflect market changes, the price of an item is firmly locked in once your order is placed and confirmation is issued. We will never alter the price of an active order.

4. Order & Payment Confirmation

Once your cleared payment is detected by our system, you will automatically receive an Order Confirmation Email containing your tax invoice.
Your order will then immediately move to our handling team to be prepared for dispatch in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

5. Failed, Pending, or Cancelled Payments

Orders with pending, incomplete, or failed payments will not be processed or scheduled for delivery.
If an EFT payment is not completed or proof of payment is not received within 72 hours of placing the order, the system may automatically cancel the reservation to release the stock back into inventory.

6. Security and Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and maintain platform integrity, all transactions undergo standard security checks.
We reserve the right to delay order processing if a transaction flags safety concerns, pending standard financial verification with our banking institution.
