Full payment must be received and completely cleared in our bank account before any order is processed, dispatched, or scheduled for delivery.
Prices for items are locked at the time of your order confirmation. We will never alter the price or apply hidden fees to an active, paid order.

6. Order Processing and Delivery

Order Fulfillment: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days following successful payment clearance, and standard delivery transit takes an additional 2 to 5 business days.
Shipping Terms: All deliveries are subject to our flat-rate fee of R550.00, which is applied transparently at checkout.
Risk of Loss: Goods are dispatched via trusted commercial freight couriers in excellent condition. Risk in the goods passes to the customer once physical delivery to your specified address is completed and signed for.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Stock Shortages: If an ordered item is found to be unavailable or permanently out of stock, the Provider will notify you immediately and issue a full 100% refund.
Cancellations & Standard Returns: Order cancellations or returns of unused, factory-sealed equipment requested within 30 days of delivery are eligible for free restocking. Items that have been installed or are returned without original packaging may be subject to a 15% handling fee as detailed in our Returns & Refund Policy.
Transit Damage: Any damage or order discrepancies discovered upon delivery must be reported to info@commercialfridgeandfreezer.co.za within 48 hours of receipt.
