Where applicable, electrical and plumbing connections should be performed by a qualified technician.

3. Order Processing & Fulfillment

• All customer orders are processed subject to real-time warehouse availability and the full clearance of your manual Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) payment.

• To maintain total billing transparency, prices are completely locked once an order confirmation is issued. We do not apply unexpected fees or change active pricing without notice.

4. Shipping and Delivery Timeframes

• We operate a highly structured logistics network to deliver heavy equipment safely across South Africa.

• Our strict timeframes consist of 1 to 2 business days for handling and 2 to 5 business days for transit, backed by a flat delivery fee of R550.00. Full tracking and logistical updates are handled transparently in accordance with our standalone Shipping & Delivery Policy.

5. Warranties, Returns, and Refunds

• All change-of-mind returns, transit damage reports (required within 48 hours of delivery), cancellations, and refunds are strictly governed and executed under the clear rules laid out in our comprehensive Returns & Refund Policy.
