1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation is received.

  • Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

2. Transit Time & Delivery Time Frames

  • Delivery Time Frame: Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays), depending on your location in South Africa and the physical size of the product.

  • Maximum Delivery Timeline: Total delivery time from the moment you purchase to arrival at your door will not exceed 7 business days total (Handling Time + Transit Time). If any unexpected carrier delay occurs, we will contact you immediately.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Flat Rate Shipping: We charge a fixed flat rate of R550.00 per order for delivery anywhere within South Africa.

  • This flat rate is applied transparently at checkout before you input your payment details.

4. Delivery Conditions

  • Deliveries are made strictly to the physical shipping address provided by the customer at checkout. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

5. Inspection on Delivery

  • Customers must thoroughly inspect all goods upon delivery.

  • Any transit damage, defects, or order discrepancies must be reported to our team within 48 hours of receipt at info@commercialfridgeandfreezer.co.za.
